What is ConferenceMATRIX?
ConferenceMATRIX is the free directory of upcoming conferences, tradeshows and business events. ConferenceMATRIX LLC was founded in February 2006 in New York, NY. The ConferenceMATRIX.com database portal was launched later that year to fill a need for information about CONFERENCES, TRADESHOWS, and significant BUSINESS EVENTS across all industries and geographies.
ConferenceMATRIX provides business people with up-to-date and complete information about events in their industry and a way to see events in related industries. With the constant changes in the marketplace, most professionals use conferences and tradeshows to stay in touch with evolving industries with new products, opportunities, and valuable contacts.
ConferenceMATRIX is part vertical search engine and part directory service which sources, organizes and adds value to content that is aggregated from a variety of sources including the global internet. It is a Web 2.0 business driven by advertising and other added value services.
What is unique about this service?
The free database is unique in the way users can access it and search, sort and save the information. Users can SEARCH for a conference by name or by industry and SORT search results by date or country or city. Results can be SAVED so that users can keep a list of favorite conferences or sign up for specific conference alerts. What are the different ways I can search for conferences?
ConferenceUsers can use a variety of intuitive methods to search for conferences.
1st For a quick search, use the general Search ConferenceMATRIX field on the Home Page that will return conferences based on keywords such as conference names, organization/industry names or even dates or geographies or speakers.
2nd Another quick search technique is to use the ConferenceMATRIX Directory on the home page and click on the industry of your choice to see a list of conferences in that industry category.
3rd Use the Search within a Search or Sort features to help you refine your search.
4th Advanced Search provides additional search fields including Industry, City, Country, Type, and Date ranges.
5th Registered users can utilize the "My Conferences" tool to keep a wishlist of their conferences.

How often is the database updated?
The ConferenceMatrix database is consistently updated. If you see an area that is missing conference information please contact us or nominate a conference on our homepage.
How can I nominate a conference?
Please click on "Submit a Conference" on the menu bar. Fill out the information on the form provided.
